After losing his parents, this 3 year old orangutan was so depressed he wouldn't eat and didn't respond to any medical treatments.  The veterinarians thought he would surely die from sadness.  The zoo keepers found an old sick dog on the grounds in the park at the zoo where the orangutan lived and took the dog to the animal treatment center.  The dog arrived at the same time the orangutan was there being treated.

UBF Demands 90 seats in Parliament for Sabah and Sarawak

Pitas, Sabah—At a Borneo Tea Party held in Kampung Tambilidon, Pitas, on Saturday, which was organised by United Borneo Front (UBF)  supporter and social activist Maklin Masiau, leader of UBF, Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan said he will continue to demand for at least 35% of parliamentary seats for Sabah and Sarawak.

Anti-Taib protests in Ottawa and London, 28 February 2011

OTTAWA (CANADA) / LONDON (UK). Human rights and environmental campaigners from Malaysia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have today protested against corruption in front of property companies associated with the family of Abdul Taib Mahmud ("Taib"), the Chief Minister of the Malaysian state of Sarawak. The protests took place in front of Sakto Corporation in Ottawa and Ridgeford Properties Ltd in central London.
