Collapse floor at Likas Bay 21

Dear Dato’/Datin/Sir/Madam/Mr/Mrs

of Department of Occupational Safety And Health

Only ConstructionBoard that do not show project name or company involve.
I understand that your department is working towards a safe and healthy culture.

I work at Wisma Perindustrian. On 29th August 2012 8.30am when i arrived at my office i saw the building next to us collapsed. This is a building plan to build up to 28 floor height i believe. This is on their 5th floor and the collapse went through 3 floors down.

I took pictures as it was my first time to see collapse building right in front of me. The next day it still remain collapse in the morning, but late afternoon found covering with blue construction cloth.

Open letter to PM -as the first ever women Minister

As the first ever male Women’s Minister, can you please end gender discrimination at work place!

Dear Prime Minister,

This letter is to request you as the Prime Minister and the first ever male Women’s Minister (Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development) in the country to give a strong message to the employers and unions to stop all forms of discriminations against women at work place. While the country is moving towards a developed nation status, it is very distressing to have the women in Malaysia suffer due to discrimination laws and poor implementation.

OPEN LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER DATUK SERI MOHD NAJIB TUN RAZAK

Dear Prime Minister Najib,

This is my second open letter to you; my first, about two years ago - you may or may not recall - was about the proposed coal-fired power plant in Sabah.

This letter is about your 'projek panda' (my pet name for it) that is going to cost us approximately RM50,000,000 (loan of 2 pandas + facilities + food + maintenance) and improve our relationship with China.  Your rationale sounds dubious to me, but I am going to set my judgments aside and instead do my best to understand your leadership.

Open Letter to Yayasan Islam Sabah on "theories"

YIS contradictions on citizenship, no locus standi

Dear YIS,

The Yayasan Islam Sabah (YIS) appears to be getting way ahead of itself in pontificating sanctimoniously on its four "theories", for want of a better term, in the Daily Express report, "YIS: Those already having documents need not worry", on Wed this week.

The first YIS theory is that Malaysian citizens in Sabah need not fear about their citizenship rights as long as their identity card was issued by the National Registration Department (NRD).

This is a fallacy in law.

The Federal Government cannot issue Special Passes, temporary residence permits (green cards), permanent residence status (red cards) or citizenships to foreigners in Sabah without the prior written recommendation and consent of the state government, which must be the initiating party, on a case-by-case basis.

Open Letter to Dato Jacob Dungau

Dato Jacob Dungau Sagan
Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry

Level 15, Block 10,
Government Office Complex,
Jalan Duta,
50622 KUALA LUMPUR.

Dear Datuk,

Because your roots are from Ulu Telang Usan (Long Anap Baram), Antique, I know that you can identify with me and can relate to what I am saying in this letter.

Not too long ago, we tried several attempts to stop timber companies from cutting our trees and ruin our lands. It took every bit of our determination, stamina, and courage to take the matters in our own hand without your support. Now, while we are still healing from the battle scars from our encounter with blockages, we are yet again facing another bigger enemy on CM Taib Mahmud and his cronies’ plan that wants to flood the entire upper Telang Usan for the “The Baram Dam”.
