Why Allow Singapore Secession If Seditious?

Ezra Haganez
KOTA KINABALU :    Sabah opposition lawmaker, Jeffrey Kitingan, has questioned Malaysia's double-standard treatment on calls for Sabah and Sarawak seceeding as seditious when the country allowed Singapore to secede from the Federation in 1965.

“Leaders from Malaya and their Sabah representatives should stop making an excuse of making calls for secession as seditious or against the Constitution to prevent Sabah and Sarawak from leaving the Federation of Malaysia.   Instead of following the Umno BN dictatorial regime, a diplomatic and consultative approach would be a better option to persuade Sabahans and Sarawakians to remain in the Federation” said Kitingan.

All 3 Ex-Chief Justices in Singapore were former Malaysians

1st Singapore Chief Justice, Wee Chong Jin
The first,  Wee Chong Jin was from Penang Free School. The second, Yong Pung How (nicknamed the "Hanging judge"?) was an ex-VI boy in KL.

And the third, Ipoh-born Chan Sek Keong, hailed from King Edward VII School in Taiping, and later the Anderson School in Ipoh.

Had they remained in Malaysia, they might have made it to the level of a Sessions Court judge, if they are lucky.

Our nation's loss is the little red dot's gain.

Note:  CJ Chan wrote an average of 30 judgement a year, now compare that to Karpal's complaint that a Malaysian senior judge has yet to deliver his written judgement after 5 years

S'pore won't return, but if Umno keeps on bullying, Sabah and Sarawak may leave

S'pore won't return, but if Umno keeps on bullying, Sabah and Sarawak may leaveExpelled Pas legislator Hassan Ali’s theory that Dap will eventually push for Singapore’s return to Malaysia, a scare-mongering tactic in reverse, does not hold water.

This reminds us of Singapore veteran Lee Kuan Yew warning his people not so long ago that the island may have to return to Malaysia, literally on bended knees, if it fails to make its way in the world.

There are many reasons why Singapore will not or cannot return to Malaysia but a few salient points will suffice for the moment to put the point across.

Malaysia is dead when Singapore left the Federation in 1965

What this country needs now is a GOOD DESPOT who can put a stop to all the bloody nonsense from UMNO /BN who are the real axis of evil. This man can be a Malay, a Chinese, an Indian or any of the indigenious people of this country, I don't really care, so long he can get the job done. He can stay as long as he likes so long he can get this country out of the misery and give equal and fair treatment to all citizens. The power of a nation lies in an educated and happy people and not in the barrel of a gun.

Why the fuck do we, Sarawakians & Sabahans have to suffer for those stupid Malayans who continue to colonialise us under neo-colonialism without caring a fuck about the 20 / 18 Points ?
